The development of digital technology has encouraged the practice of buying and selling accounts and subscription links to streaming services such as Netflix, which raises various legal issues, including from the perspective of sharia law. This research aims to analyze the validity of these transactions according to Islamic law principles, by reviewing aspects of ownership, contracts, and the potential for gharar (uncertainty) in digital transactions. The research method used is a qualitative approach with normative juridical analysis based on sources of Islamic law, such as the Qur'an, Hadith, and fatwas of scholars. The results show that the practice of buying and selling Netflix accounts and subscription links contains elements of uncertainty in ownership and usage rights, thus potentially contradicting the principles of valid buying and selling in Islam. In conclusion, this kind of transaction can be categorized as an invalid contract according to sharia law due to the element of gharar and violation of ownership rights, so that clearer education and regulations are needed regarding digital account trading.
